Great video idea and I've got some things to add!
See image below and notice the shaft angle steepens 5 degrees from setup (left) to impact (right).
There's a few reasons why this happens:
(1) The clubshaft kicks downward causing the leading edge of the club to lie flat with the ground. If your clubs are fit properly, you'll notice that the toe is off the ground slightly at address. This is no accident. As the club "kicks" into impact, the lie angle flattens. The result is a straighter shot than if the shaft kicked and the leading edge was still toe up or toe down (improperly fitted clubs).
(2) The unhinging of your wrists delivers a powerful punch to the ball and makes the shaft slightly more vertical. The wrists are defined as Power Accumulator #2. Just as the wrists are hinged, loading PA#2. They begin unhinging slightly before impact and continue unloading through impact. This creates a crispy divot.
What you're experiencing is the same thing that great ball strikers experience.
