Hey Adam! Congrats on refocusing your goals. I think it is very important to challenge ourselves and attain a low level of bodyfat at least once per year in order to reset our metabolism. That said, it would be very difficult of me to give an estimate as I do not have enough information. I don’t know what your physical stats are, haven’t seen any progress pics, and do not know your exact situation. In general, we want to aim for 1.5 pounds of fat loss per week.
