For each person applying please start a unique case using a distinct email address. For example, if there is a main applicant with a spouse and two children wanting to apply, you must create four separate cases. Each case should use the email address of the respective applicant—this means one case for the main applicant, another for the spouse, and one for each child.

For Dependents (spouse and children): Derivative Applicant Employment based Green Card Application (I-485 Only)

Please initiate an individual case for every applicant, using a unique email address for each. For example, if a primary applicant is applying along with a spouse and two children, four separate cases need to be created. This entails one case for the primary applicant and a separate Derivative Application for the spouse, as well as one for each child, with every case requiring the email address of the respective applicant.
