Knee pain often comes out of nowhere with no injury and people are not sure what to do. This knee strengthening & conditioning program will teach you how to build strong, stable knees that inspire confidence; knees that will be fit for an active lifestyle. Remember to always keep good form and do the exercises slow and steady; do not rush.

This groin/adductor program will teach you how to rehabilitate your groin and eliminate the pains you’re experiencing. I will show you how to build the adductors back up and get them working as part of the team. Chain the exercises together in the sequence shown. Do not take a rest in between exercises and hold each stretch for 10 breathes. Start with a light weight band.
